At Artgallerio, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We believe in the superior quality of our products. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, you may need to return an item due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • Return Window: If you need to return an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. This is a strict two-day period from the time the item is delivered to you.
  • Return Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part. If you have ordered an item in the wrong size or wish to return it due to a change of mind or misuse of the product, we regret that we cannot accept such returns.
  • Replacement & Store Credit: We do not provide monetary refunds for any products. Instead, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it. If you prefer not to have an immediate replacement, we will issue you store credit for use at a later date.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through e-mail or WhatsApp. For an efficient return process, provide an image of the product and a video of you unboxing the item, clearly stating your reason for the return.
  • Return Notification: After we receive and process your return, we will send an e-mail notifying you about the status of your replacement or store credit.Please note, that items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and complete with original packaging to be eligible for return. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

    Handling of Defective Products

    We kindly request that you provide photographic evidence and an unboxing video that showcases the defect to expedite the process. Please also mention your reason for initiating the return.
    Upon receipt of your communication, we will coordinate a pickup from your location. When the product is back with us, we’ll thoroughly inspect it and aim to replace it, delivering it to you in perfect condition. Alternatively, we might issue a refund, in line with our terms and conditions.
    Also, note that in the event of receiving a defective product, it’s crucial to notify us at www.Artgallerio.com within a strict 24 to 48-hour window from the time of delivery.
